Our Quality Assurance Promise

To virtually eliminate the need for returns, we enforce a strict, two-step quality inspection process:

  1. Incoming Inspection: Every item is thoroughly inspected when we receive it from our manufacturers to ensure it meets our quality standards and is in perfect working order.

  2. Pre-Shipment Inspection: The item is inspected again just before packaging to guarantee it is in perfect condition and working fine before it leaves our facility. This robust process is designed to prevent any potential issues and avoid the need for returns.


Important Note on Fit/Sizing

Please note that AKID WOW does not provide specific size charts for our items. We strongly encourage customers to make informed purchasing decisions based on the product description and images provided.


Rare Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Item) & Shipping Costs

In the rare case where an item arrives damaged due to shipping or you receive an item that is incorrect (a product error on our part), this may qualify as an exception.

Crucial Shipping Policy for Exceptions:

Please note that for approved exceptions, the customer is responsible for all shipping and logistics costs:

  1. Return Shipping: The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping and logistics costs to return the damaged or incorrect item to AKID WOW.

  2. Replacement Shipping: The customer will also be responsible for the shipping and logistics costs to send the replaced or corrected item back to them.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning any item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Reporting an Issue: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Process: To initiate a review for a rare exception, please fill out the claim form (https://forms.gle/Shk63ebzgLZxMbEJ8) located on this Return Policy page to formally document the issue. Do not send the item back before contacting us.
